Course: Hot Stone Massage

Classes will be held on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.  Classes are subject to change due to lack of enrollment, two weeks in advance.  A $40 nonrefundable deposit is required.  Deposits are refunded if classes cancel due to low enrollment with in two weeks.  Students will be notified of cancelled classes two weeks in advance.  Seating is limited.  Cash and checks will be accepted two weeks in advance.  Please bring cash the day of the class.

Cost: $120

Description: Learn to use hot stones in everyday massage.  This hands-on class teaches how to select stones, care for them and what stones to use for each body part.  Using hot and cold stones for massage, facials and chair massage.  Stones are supplied for this class.

Supplies: 2 flat sheets, 4 hand towels and 1 bath towel

Course: Chair Massage

Description: From chair selection to how to set up a chair massage business.  This class covers all aspects of using your chair to make money and help your clients.  Lots of hands-on experience and useful information!

Supplies: 2 hand towels, a chair (if you have one) and any tools you may have

Description:

Recognizing and caring for injuries or sudden illnesses until advanced medical help can take over. Handling emergency situations, breathing and cardiac emergencies, adult CPR, basic precautions for preventing disease transmission, identifying and caring for life-threatening bleeding, sudden illness and injuries. How to use an AED for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Meets OSHA Guidelines for First Aid.

Description: Put spa services altogether to make more money!  Facials, salt glow, body polish and body mask.  Add a body wrap or ear candling to your massage services.  This hands-on class is fun and functional!
